Philosopher, Author, and Teacher

Kyle Griffin is the primary Fluid philosopher responsible for describing a comprehensive and complete system for agile organizational design. Kyle reduces practice to theory—theory that is concise, consistent, and accessible. Along the way he challenges everybody to find better questions:

“How do we get the right answer?” has become “How do we discover which answers are wrong faster?”

Kyle is an exceptional teacher and mentor working magic to also create a new educational theory. All of our training and mentoring experiences are based in a new philosophical approach to education defined by Kyle and proven to dramatically improve knowledge transfer.

Demetria Aretae

Demetria Aretae is an IT training and coaching professional with more than fifteen years of experience in the technical training industry. She has developed more than 50 courses and taught classes for major corporations across the country on a variety of programming languages, included Java, JavaScript and HTML.

In 2002, Aretae helped found AretaeTech (which became TechEdge Training, Inc. in 2015), a technical training company specializing in Java training and Agile transformations. She also spent time as a Java programmer and consultant.
